A BPO in an area around 7000 Sq.ft had an almost square shaped lower level. To manage a comfortable set up of around 450 customer service associates round the clock plus executive areas, training rooms and recreational facilities, an innovative approach of design was contemplated.

Work stations in concentric circles underneath the mezzanine added a touch of good aesthetics breaking the mundane configuration. The large enough height inspired to have the circular mezzanine with a spiral staircase which houses executive cabins, conference and training rooms. The glazing around the round periphery obviously offers overseeing of the staff at the lower level and at the same time its floating character reflects dynamism.

The M. S. frame structure with round column pipes painted in vibrant colours supporting the mezzanine compliment well with existing columns of the site structure.
